Elmadina Travel Hajj Required Documents
What are the required documents and when are they due? - Very simple!
- US passport or copy of Green Card with home country passport. Valid for 6 months from travel start date.
- Four passport size photos with white background.
- Original Meningitis Vaccination certificate.
- Saudi Visa Application filled out.
- Pilgrims who have non-Islamic names must have a statement from any Islamic Center showing their conversion to Islam.
- Women traveling alone (must be over 45 years) require a Notarized Mahrem Letter from the husband, brother, or adolescent son, indicating that he has no objection and permits her to travel for (Hajj) with Elmadina Travel Corp.
- Copy of Marriage certificate for ladies accompanying their husbands.
- Bank check of $300 payable to "United Agent Office" (Hajj Fee).
