Me and my wife Saba came back from Hajj almost two weeks ago now. We wanted to thank you for everything that you and the El Medina team did for us while we were there. Especially the way all the staff of El Medina went out of their way to make our trip comfortable.

This has been a long pending email to thank each and every one of you associated with El Madina travel who helped us in doing an easy and comfortable Hajj this year. My husband and I would sincerely be grateful to each one of you. Alhamdulillah we felt blessed and are very happy with how well it went. Few people deserve special mention. Jazakallah to all the Imams who answered all questions and cleared our doubts. Particular mention about Sister Mervat for making the ladies very comfortable and Brother Ismael for making Jamarat a breeze.
Another person we would like to praise is Brother Hosam. His energy, helping and approachable nature was truly appreciated. We took the deluxe package 1 and were very satisfied with all your arrangements.
May Allah help you all in guiding many more Hajis and In Shaa Allah give us another chance to take your help to perform Umrah and Hajj.
My personal experience was life changing. I met many wonderful brothers and felt comfortable among the group. the staff and group leaders were caring, attentive and very helpful in transitioning me to this new and wonderful experience.

This is our 2nd hajj with Elmadina Travel. Alhumdho lilla, we were so happy in 2008 and also 2013 with Elmadina. All the staff was very help full.
