Mina and Arafat: Aug 9 to Aug 14 (8 to 13 Zulhaajah)
- Aug 9 (8 Zulhaajah, first day of Hajj) check out from Fairmont Hotel after breakfast and go to Mina by VIP buses.
- In addition to our Mina tent, you will have an assigned room at Elmadina Travel's apartment hotel building close to Mina and Jamarat for your convenience (4 person in the room)
- Accommodation at Mina in private air conditioned tents facing Jamarat, Foam mattress sleeping chairs, Pillow, Sheet and Blanket will be provided.
- Open buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, and soft drinks will be served in Mina
- Arafat (Aug 10) accommodation in Elmadina Travel private air conditioned tent including breakfast and lunch
- Muzdalifa (Aug 10 night to Fajr 11) after fajr Salat return to Mina camp
- In Mina Aug 11 (EID) you will perform:
- Ramie (Pelting the big Jamarah only, Aqabah) your group leader will guide you to the Jamarat.
- Qurbani or Sacrificing an animal.
- Cut or Shave your hair.
- At midnight you will go to Haram to preform Tawaf Al Efada and Saai and back to Mina after fajr prayer on Aug 12.
- Aug 12/13/14 Stay in Mina and you will perform:
- Ramie (Pelting all 3 Jamarat, Aqabah) your group leader will guide you to the Jamarat.
- Open buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, and soft drinks will be served in Min.
- Transportation between Mina/ Arafat/ Muzdalifa/ Mina will be by train.
- Full access to your room during Hajj days (Manasik).
Makkah apartment hotel building: Aug 14 to Aug 15 (13 to 14 Zulhaajah)
- After Hajj (13 Zulhajjah- Aug 14 ) return to apartment hotel building and go to Haram for last Tawaf (Tawaf El Wadaa) and return to the hotel building and stay over night
- Open buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, and soft drinks will be served
- Aug 15 (14 Zulhaajah) will travel to Madina by VIP buses
Madina Hotel Start From: Aug 15 - Aug 18 ( 14 to 17 Zulhaajah)

Hajj Visa Requirements
- 1. If you performed Hajj in the last 5 years (2014 to 2018), the Ministry of Hajj will charge a Hajj Visa fee ($535).
- 2. Original passport valid for at least 6 months from traveling date (with minimum 2 blank pages for visa endorsement). All passports must be machine-readable.
- 3. For Non-US citizens, provide original Green Card, or copy of advanced parole, or one of the following valid visa endorsed on your passport: H1B, H-3, H-4, L-1, F-1, J-1, M-1 and R-1.
- 4. 4 recent passport-size color photographs with white background. The photograph must be a full-face view where the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are not acceptable. Your name should be written on the back of the photographs. Women pictures must be with Hijab.
- 5. One Visa Application Form per person. Form should be filled-out in INK or printed and signed.
- 6. All women & children require Proof of Relationship with their Mahram (Marriage certificate for married couples and Birth Certificate for children under 18 years age, indicating names of both parents). Please provide legible copy of the document(s) and keep the original(s) with you. Minors (under 18 years of age) traveling with one parent must also submit a notarized letter of authorization signed by both parents or legal guardians.
- 7. Original proof of vaccination against Meningitis (one dose of ACYW-135 vaccine).
- 8. Special Requirements: If you do not have a Muslim name, a certificate is required from the Imam of your Masjid indicating that you are a Muslim.
- 9- For women traveling alone in a group, the following is required:
- A. She must be 45 years of age or older.
- She must provide a NOTARIZED letter from her Mahram indicating that he has no objection for her to travel for Hajj with Elmadina Travel.
- Proof of Relationship document required showing relationship of the woman to the Mahram. Mahram: Husband, Father, Brother, Son, Uncle, Grandfather (Brother or son must be 18 years of age or older.
- Please note, KSA is planning to introduce a 5% VAT as of January 2018. Once this is confirmed, it will be added to your invoice.
